TSMC Announced to the Open Academic Community to Use 16nm and 7nm FinFET Technology PDK

        TSMC's website announced the launch of the University FinFET Program, which aims to nurture future semiconductor chip design talent and drive global academic innovation. The program opens up access to the industry's most successful FinFET process design kits (PDKs) for university faculty, students and academic researchers to upgrade their chip design learning experience to the advanced 16nm FinFET technology.
        The program is also known to provide leading chip researchers at universities and colleges with access to Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) services for 16nm (N16) and 7nm (N7) processes to accelerate impactful and innovative research into real-world applications.
